How we use it. We use your information solely to send and receive messages related to scheduling cleaning appointments, sending reminders, confirming job completion, sending payment notifications, and responding to your replies.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Service providers. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these messages on our behalf; they process message data only to provide the messaging service.
Opt-out. You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Retention & security. We retain message records only as long as needed to manage the service and take reasonable steps to protect your information.
