This Privacy Policy describes how John Wrate ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with our SMS text messaging program used to coordinate residential cleaning services and to forward abridged community mailing-list alerts.
Information we collect. We collect your mobile phone number and the content of the messages you exchange with us, along with records of scheduling, confirmations, related service communications, and forwarding abridged alerts from a community email mailing list (for example, items for sale) with a link to the original post.
How we use it. We use your information solely to send and receive messages related to scheduling cleaning appointments, sending reminders, confirming job completion, sending payment notifications, and responding to your replies.
Frequency. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these messages on our behalf; they process message data only to provide the messaging service.
Opt-out. You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Retention & security. We retain message records only as long as needed to manage the service and take reasonable steps to protect your information.
